1. How to register your winning ticket
Ticket registration should be done by the representative who applied for the pre-sale lottery through the ticket agency.

STEP.3
Please check the notes and enter the exchange number of your winning ticket () and your registered phone number.

The winning ticket information will be displayed, so select "Register" to complete the process.



2. How to check in online
Please check in between 0:00 on the day of the performance and 2 hours before the performance starts () in a location with a good internet connection. Please note that if you do not check in, your seat will be forfeited. For those who forget to check in, we will offer you alternative seats at the back of the venue, but there are a limited number of seats available, and this offer will end once the capacity is reached. Even if you forget to check in, you will need to verify your identity to be offered alternative seats at the back. Please be sure to register your information via "Register".

From the Ticket tab, select "Go to Online Check-in" for the session you registered your ticket for.

Please review the notes and select the "Check-in" button.

Enter your email address and select "Send Verification Code".

*A verification code will only be sent if you are in the area around Hibiya Park/Tokyo International Forum. Please allow the app to access your location.

Enter the names of the representative and accompanying persons, select "Register," and complete.

2. How to check the results of the lottery on the day of the event

If you win, the ticket will be displayed in the ticket tab along with the word "Winner". If you lose, the word "Loser" will be displayed.

How to exchange your wristband at the FORUM identity verification reception

Please make sure that "Ticket" is displayed in the ticket tab before coming to the reception.




If you forgot to check in, your ticket will not be displayed on the FORUM-za ticket screen, so please come directly to the FORUM-za reception. We will guide you to the rear reserve seats, but there is a limited number, so we will stop guiding you once the capacity is reached.

Regarding the distribution of FORUM Theater tickets
If the representative is unable to attend and only their ticket needs to be canceled, or if the applicant and accompanying person register separately, the ticket can be distributed to the accompanying person.

The Hibiya Music Festival is a music festival where you can enjoy concerts for free thanks to corporate sponsorships, grants, and crowdfunding. Resale or transfer of winning tickets is prohibited under any circumstances. If this is discovered, you will be strictly denied entry.
